Luna Mendoza is an artist who works with a range of materials from textiles, paper, and paint – focused on the idea that her practice can exist fluidly between the parameters of art, craft, design, and illustration. Born, raised, and currently residing in Los Angeles she is about to enter her final term as an illustration student at Art Center College of Design where she is currently a TA for the school’s Sewing Lab. Her life’s dream is to have two sheep, an alpaca, and a garden where she can cultivate materials to incorporate into her practice
